2. Services
Energy Point provides holistic concierge, hospitality planning, and private client services. All services are subject to availability and are offered on a bespoke, client-led basis. Descriptions of services on this website are illustrative and may be tailored to individual requirements.
3. Confidentiality
We operate with the utmost discretion. Client identities, circumstances, and the details of any engagement are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings and arrangements are confirmed on an individual basis. Cancellations and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. We appreciate as much notice as possible for any changes.
Consultation, Time Allocation, and Fee Structure
- Time Slot Reservation: All payments and advanced retainers are explicitly tied to the booking and reservation of dedicated time blocks. Once a booking is confirmed, that specific calendar slot is permanently locked for the client and taken off the market. Therefore, all reservation fees are instantly 100% non-refundable.
- Consultation Fees: An initial consultation, onboarding, and administrative dispatch fee may apply to all bespoke service requests. These logistical and assessment fees cover immediate administrative labor and are earned in full upon receipt.
- Time-Sensitivity: Because our holistic concierge and lifestyle management services are purely time-based and experiential, no retrospective refunds, chargebacks, or transaction reversals will be accepted or entertained after a reserved time slot has commenced or been fulfilled.
Urgent, Same-Day, and First-Time Guest Policies
- Immediate & Same-Day Appointments: Any booking request scheduled for the same calendar day, labeled as "Urgent," or requiring immediate dispatch is subject to an accelerated processing protocol.
- 50% New Guest Retainer: All first-time clients and new guests booking urgent or same-day time slots are strictly required to pay a minimum 50% advanced retainer deposit before any logistical arrangements, travel, or scheduling blocks commence.
- Instant Forfeiture Rule: Due to the time-sensitive nature of immediate dispatch bookings, if an urgent or same-day appointment is canceled, delayed, or missed by the guest, the 50% deposit is instantly forfeited to cover lost time, administrative allocation, and dispatch costs. No refunds or partial returns will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Energy Point and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Energy Point provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
